Overview:
Mirror is seeking a concept-driven, detail-obsessed Senior Experiential Graphic Designer to bring brand stories to life through elevated, thoughtful design in physical space. You’ll lead the development of environmental graphics, wayfinding, and large-scale visual moments—while also creating entirely new brand identities for our activations, from custom logos and patterns to merch, packaging, and signage. You’ll craft original graphic identities that make our activations feel distinct and unforgettable. You’re a bold thinker with an eye for culture and aesthetics, always plugged into trends and design inspiration. Strong copywriting is a plus—this role often includes crafting sharp, on-brand messaging. You’ll collaborate closely with 3D designers, producers, and strategists to create immersive, visually compelling environments that make an impact.
What You’ll Do:
Contribute fresh ideas during early-stage concepting and brainstorming
Develop unique brand identities for activations, including logos, patterns, and merchandise
Design signage, wayfinding, surface graphics, and large-scale visual moments for physical spaces
Translate brand guidelines into spatial applications that elevate and expand on core assets
Create presentation materials, mockups, and decks for client-facing use
Collaborate with 3D designers, accounts, and production teams to ensure accurate execution
Write clear, compelling copy to support graphics, messaging, and signage when needed
Stay engaged with current design trends and culture to push work forward
Prepare all final artwork for print and fabrication
Requirements:
5+ years of professional experience in graphic or environmental design
Mastery of Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign; After Effects a plus)
Strong eye for typography, layout, color, and brand storytelling
Passionate about design in physical space, with an understanding of scale and application
Organized, detail-oriented, and proactive with excellent communication skills
Ability to work efficiently under tight deadlines and adapt quickly
Must be based in or near NYC
Bonus Points If You:
Have knowledge of architectural drawings, scale, or fabrication processes
Have motion design or 3D rendering skills
Are familiar with production specs for vinyl, banners, and other event materials

SENIOR 3D EXPERIENTIAL DESIGNER

OVERVIEW:
Mirror is looking for a visionary and concept-driven Senior 3D Designer (with some 2D capabilities) to design immersive, branded environments across diverse industries. You’ll lead spatial storytelling from pitch to production with a sharp eye for aesthetics, form, and cultural relevance. We’re looking for someone who’s not just a designer—but a visual thinker who knows what’s now and what’s next. You regularly seek inspiration from design outlets, trend reports, and cultural sources, and know how to translate that into work that feels elevated, thoughtful, and on the pulse. You’ll collaborate closely with our Accounts, Build, and Graphic Design teams to transform creative briefs into compelling physical spaces that connect with audiences and align with brand goals. An understanding of fabrication and materials is essential.
What You’ll Do:
Lead early-stage concepting through research, trend exploration, brainstorming, and moodboarding
Develop high-quality 3D models and renderings that communicate spatial vision and style
Design immersive spatial experiences—including floor plans, scenic elements, interactive touchpoints, photo moments, and product displays
Source furniture, props, and materials aligned with creative direction and brand guidelines
Apply basic graphic design skills to lay out simple treatments and prep files for print
Collaborate with print production and fabrication teams; understand material costs and budget implications
Work quickly and efficiently under tight deadlines while staying organized and detailoriented

OVERVIEW:
Mirror NYC is looking for Event Producers with exceptional attention to detail and organizational abilities, strong logistics coordination skills, and confident communication skills. In this role, you’ll support the planning, coordination, and execution of high-impact experiential events, working closely with senior producers, internal teams, vendors, and clients to ensure every detail is meticulously tracked, documented, and flawlessly executed. Your ability to juggle multiple projects and tasks simultaneously while maintaining precision across logistics and communications will be key to delivering experiences that exceed client expectations and resonate with target audiences.
This role is ideal for someone who thrives on bringing structure to big ideas, excels at research, detailed logistics coordination, and communications, and loves the challenge of managing multiple moving pieces simultaneously. We're looking for someone who is driven and detail-obsessed, exceptionally organized, resourceful, and a self-starter who learns quickly. You'll be the logistics backbone of our production process, ensuring nothing falls through the cracks while collaborating with senior team members on strategy and client communications.
A Day in the Life:
Production & Logistics
Lead end-to-end event planning and execution—from preproduction to tear-down
Own all logistics: timelines, run-of-show, call sheets, vendor matrices, staffing plans
Research and secure venues; negotiate contracts; bring fresh ideas to the table
Source/manage most non-scenic/non-print vendors (catering, AV, permits, security, etc.)
Create staffing plans; handle scheduling, travel/accommodations as needed
Troubleshoot production challenges proactively
Project Coordination & Documentation
Create/manage production documents: trackers, schedules, show flows
Own production budgets in collaboration with Accounts; flag changes/overruns
Support invoicing and reconciliation post-event
Support invoicing and payment coordination
Order event supplies, coordinate site delivery and return with comprehensive guides
Client & Team Communication:
Communicate clearly with clients on logistics/deliverables/production timing
Liaise with Account leads to ensure scope/budget align with production realities
Collaborate with Creative to problem-solve feasibility/production solutions
Lead on-site execution; manage crews/vendors/timelines with precision
Vendor & Team Collaboration:
Send detailed vendor outreach communications
Coordinate with multiple vendors simultaneously on timelines, deliverables, and logistics
Support senior producers by tracking and communicating production updates
On-Site Event Support:
Lead aspects of on-site execution with meticulous attention to detail
Assist with setup and breakdown of event materials including displays, signage, and installations
Travel to lead onsite execution of brand events including activations, pop-ups, and experiential campaigns
Post-Event
Conduct post-mortems/internal recaps to refine future processes
Support creation of recap decks/post-event documentation
